Venture Transport Launches New Dedicated Team CDL-A Positions
Indianapolis-based Venture Transport has announced the launch of new Dedicated Team CDL-A driving positions, expanding its regional freight operations. The company currently employs nearly 1,400 drivers and says the move is driven by growing customer demand for reliable, team-based regional service.
According to Venture, the new team program is designed for experienced CDL-A drivers seeking strong earnings, consistent schedules, and predictable home time. Drivers in these positions can expect home weekly routes without sacrificing company support or job stability.
  • Program Highlights:Up to $2,100 per week, per driver
  • Approx. $109,200 annually per driver
  • $0.84 CPM split ($0.42 per driver)
  • Dedicated regional routes
  • Weekly home time
  • Paid orientation
  • Late-model equipment
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Available Shift Options:1:00 a.m. start | Monday–Saturday
  • 1:00 p.m. start | Sunday–Friday
Venture states that these team positions are built around consistency, predictable schedules, and competitive pay — factors that many drivers consider top priorities.

  • Driver Requirements:Valid CDL-A
  • Flatbed experience
  • At least 9 months of CDL-A experience within the past 3 years

  • Stable work history
  • Clean driving and criminal record in line with company standards
